Wholesale Investor Criteria

Select all criteria that apply to you. You only need to meet ONE of these criteria to qualify as a wholesale investor.

Net Assets Exceeding $5 Million

Individual or entity with net assets (assets minus liabilities) exceeding $5 million

Investment Experience + $750k

Investing at least $750,000 and have experience in acquiring or disposing of financial products (including property flipping or development projects)

Large Entity

Entity with net assets exceeding $5 million or gross assets exceeding $10 million

Eligible Investor

As defined in Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014

Property Investment Experience

Experience in property flipping, development projects, or other sophisticated property investments may qualify you as a wholesale investor
