PDS & IM reissues — what changed

Per-field diff between successive Information Memorandum, PDS and SIPO versions for every fund we track. When a manager reissues a disclosure document, we re-extract the facts via Sonnet and compare against the previous version. Material changes — target return shifts, minimum-investment moves, redemption notice changes, new gate provisions — surface here.

Per-fund JSON at /api/im/[slug]/changes.json. Diff clock started 2026-05-19 — quarterly reissue cycles mean meaningful diffs accumulate from Q3 2026 onward.
