The Opportunity
Blairlogie Pine Investment is a unique opportunity to invest in a professionally managed pine forest in the
Wairarapa - earning income from carbon credits and potentially timber, while helping fight climate
change.
It’s a long-term, ethical investment designed to grow steadily and sustainably - just like the forest itself.
An initial minimum investment of about $15,000 grows to $115,000. Growing wealth naturally.

Why Forestry, Why Now?
     • Forestry is central to New Zealand’s emissions reduction plan and the transition to a low-carbon
          economy.
     • Carbon prices have grown steadily and are expected to remain strong under the Emissions Trading
          Scheme (ETS).
     • Forestry enjoys low volatility and is land-backed - excellent diversification for your portfolio.
     • A growing global demand for carbon credits and timber supports long-term asset value.

* Important Information
The 9.8% internal rate of return (IRR) is a projected gross return before tax, based on certain assumptions, including a carbon price of $67/NZU
and 2% annual inflation. Returns are not guaranteed. Carbon prices and forestry yields may vary, affecting actual returns. Prospective investors
should read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) before making an investment decision.
The PDS is available at www.forestenterprises.co.nz.
Why Forest Enterprises?
Forest Enterprises has been managing forestry investments since 1972. As one of New Zealand’s most
experienced and respected forestry managers:
   • Licensed MIS manager under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
   • 50+ years’ experience managing successful forestry investments
   • 100% New Zealand owned and operated
   • Commitment to environmental sustainability, best-practice forest management, regional growth
        and the community
Our forestry management company, Forest Enterprises Growth, brings expertise and high integrity to
every forest we manage - from planting to carbon strategy to harvest.

How Returns Are Generated
Your investment earns revenue from three sources:
   • Carbon Credits - As trees grow, they capture carbon and earn New Zealand Units (NZUs). Sales
of these units generate cashflow, with surplus distributions projected from 2034.
   • Harvest Timber - If conditions favour timber over carbon, the forest can be harvested to generate
additional income. This dual-income approach is a hedge against potential carbon price
        reduction.
   • Sale of Land – In the final year of the investment, the land and any standing timber will be sold.

Invest in Growth That’s Good for Your Future
Investing in Blairlogie Pine isn’t just about financial growth — it’s about real impact.
    • Reduce your carbon footprint
    • A 200-share investment in Blairlogie Pine stores around 48 tonnes of CO2e annually - over 10
times the average annual greenhouse emissions of a New Zealand household
    • Support biodiversity and erosion control and improve water quality
It’s an investment with purpose — one that delivers returns you can be proud of.
